Hi I'm Elizabeth! I am so glad you stopped by. I created this blog for people trying to get fit like me. Using a horse as an exercise tool is great idea! You can burn 200-600 calories an hour depending on your weight and how fast you are going. My blog will also include healthy recipes and other exercises to help you become a better rider. A little bit about me. I'm a Christian. Exercising yourself spiritually is the best exercise you can get! I'm a teenager and love horses! This blog is about healthy eating {mainly clean}, and fitness. If you expect to lose 20 pounds a week you're looking in the wrong place. Slow weight loss ensures that you will not starve yourself and you'll build muscle and keep fat off longer. You didn't gain 20 pounds overnight don't expect to lose it that fast.
